金萱茶是台灣人耳熟能詳的人氣茶款。台灣育種成功，編號第12號，因此金萱有個正式的品種名稱「臺茶12號」。將金萱茶進行輕發酵製程成為烏龍茶，並烘焙到同時兼具生茶活性的三分溫和焙火，七三茶堂〈七三壹貳〉水色金黃明亮，氤氳蔗糖、爆米花、牛奶糖香與烏龍輕焙香氣。
